Here’s how it works:

💬 Step 1: Join the Live

Follow us on TikTok at @novali_designs and hop into our live event during a scheduled Claim Night (dates posted on our socials and homepage). We showcase exclusive, ready-to-ship items in real time — including wristlets, tumblers, wax melts, and more!

🏷️ Step 2: Claim Your Item

See something you love? Be the first to comment "Item #" (example: “Nurse #12”) while we display the item.

We’ll confirm your claim in the live chat.

🧾 Step 3: Checkout

After the live ends, checkout here. Simply complete your purchase through our secure Shopify checkout within 24 hours to keep your claim.

* If your items add up to more than $100, you will receive an invoice within an hour of the live ending. 

**Unpaid claims will be released at the next Claim Nights. Unfortunately, if you do not pay within 24 hours, you will no longer be able to shop at Claim Night. 

📦 Step 4: We Pack + Ship!

Once your payment is received, we’ll carefully pack your handmade items and ship them within 2–4 business days.

Tracking info will be emailed to you so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep!
